Israel privacy

A privacy programme your team can review and evidence

CompliOne helps teams manage and document Israeli privacy work: database facts, notice drafts, supplier oversight, rights requests and evidence. It does not determine whether an organization complies with the Privacy Protection Law.

How the workflow works

1. Establish the record

Record the organization, databases, purposes, data categories, recipients and linked systems. Unreviewed facts remain draft or unknown.

2. Prepare notices

Draft notices for individuals and retain versions. Publication and accuracy require organizational review and approval.

3. Review suppliers

Connect a supplier to the data and service, review documents and evidence, then record an internal decision and next-review date.

4. Work requests and incidents

Track individual requests and security incidents, documenting checks, actions, approvals and a treatment history.

5. Revisit the evidence

Find gaps, missing evidence and review dates. Management can inspect decisions and their basis instead of relying on an automatic compliance score.

Clear limits

The platform prepares drafts and retains decision history; it does not provide legal advice, automatically decide applicability or compliance, or submit filings to the authority. Notice publication, supplier approval, reporting decisions and legal obligations remain with an authorized organizational reviewer. Some workflows depend on the selected plan.
